They are fast! They allow you to select proteins, make substitutions, add comments or requests, select all the cutlery you need with many types of sauces available, and they get it right, also every time. They are open late! Still cooked fresh for you.
If you are not used to authentic Thai food it may look bland to you. Let me assure you it is not. The chilis used are much hotter than ones you see in America so less is used.
