Love it. Sandwhich is always good and packed great. Order issue is the soda always taste weird

Sandwich is falling apart, bread was cut so uneven that the bottom is almost 2 inches thick. There is so much mayonnaise that I can't taste anything else. Worst firehouse sub I've ever had. TBH Hammond has the worst restaurants in Louisiana

The hook and ladder are delicious.
The Mac and cheese small and tasted like cheap box mac&cheese for price of it definitely not worth it.

Ordered two hook and ladders. The ingredients was missing and the stuff we added wasnt added. Very mushy sandwich. Ordered bowls of chili and potatosoup and they gave cups. Terrible and a waste of money.

I've never had anything from this store before but it was a feast for all senses! I got the Pepperoni Pizza Meatball Sub with extra cheese and carmelized onions/peppers.
The presentation was delightful, the smell was engrossing, The texture of the bread and ingredients wastoasted to the perfect degree, and the taste was spectacular. I'm excited for what I'll try next from this menu!
