Pepsi® I've provided specifics to Door Dash re worse ever had with PH, which is my favorite pizza! I immediately noticed that packaging was smaller than I remembered, and admit it had been a good while, since I'd purchased a personal pan sz. The pizza itself was surprisingly smaller and I wrote it off, as a company trying to save money wherever possible. I took advantage of a BOGO offer, which made poor quality/sz a little easier to swallow. The 3 toppings themselves were fine and plentiful, but it had no marinara sauce as normally does. It was as though due to tomatoes being one of my 3 toppings, they passed on sauce. The flavor was nothing like it usually is and was very bland. PH will still be my favorite, but next time I'll call making sure they don't overlook sauce for sure. I devour their pizza normally, but this time my 2nd was cut up and fed to ducks and wild animals nearby, which is unheard of for me to have anything left over."

The cake portion was obviously'day-old' and was dry, two of the cupcakes came with the frosting smashed down. One flattened on one side only the other flattened across the whole top. The frosting was good tasting though the cupcakes were really not presentable. Probably would not be an issue if I had picked up my order inside the store."

"I ordered a Ruben, fried mushrooms and brownie. The brownie was huge with all the toppings in containers and the ice cream -will make 2-3 servings- so good. Fried mushrooms, very good, plentiful and sauce included. The Ruben, sooooo disappointed, the meat was like rubber, plentiful but awful. Very little sauerkraut, isn't that what the Ruben is about. Bread was barely toasted, plenty of dressing. I enjoy a good Ruben but this was not one of them. Have a good day. If it gets a five it's because the brownie pulled the score to the top."

"The spice and flavor of the Boiled Crawfish 3lb and Boiled Crawfish 5lb , potatoes and corn were amazing! It definitely had a bit of a kick but not at all overwhelming. The Turtle Cheesecake and White Chocolate Bread Pudding were huge literally big enough to split between 4 people. The Shrimp Dinner wasn't really for me but that has nothing to do with the food itself. It was prepared wonderfully and looked very appealing! Lots of different prepared shrimp to enjoy. All in all definitely recommend!"
"I should have known better than to have certain items on the menu delivered. Some food is really meant to be enjoyed right away. The charbroiled oysters for example are so much better in the restaurant. I would definitely advise against having those delivered and save those for the dine in experience. I also feel like paying the extra $10-$12 for the large gumbo or etoufee isn't really worth it. Very delicious but very small portions for a large. I do love this restaurant everything is always so good, but this is the first time I tried to have it door dashed."
