Of all the sub chains , this is my favorite. The Mac & Cheese and Firehouse Chili are very good. The New York Steamer® is delicious. Add mushrooms to it...you wont be disappointed. The only issue I have is a lot of times, the buns are a bit soggy when delivered. I know there are other methods of packaging that will keep buns from getting soggy.

Both the Steak & Cheese Melt & Smoked Turkey Breast were amazing! They didn't skimp on the meat, toppings were fresh, and the subs were so flavorful throughout. Well worth spending the little extra money for the Large. Even though I couldn't finish mine, I'm already looking forward to eating the other half! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Used to begreat but they have cut bac on the portions they give in the sandwiches. My Smokehouse Beef & Cheddar Brisket™ had slivers of meat.barely anything.

sandwich had paper sheet still attached to the now melted cheese. INSANE AMOUNT OF MAYO. truly inedible. didn't pack my chips
