THE best sandwich I've ever gotten. I ordered the hook and ladder BOGO deal and whoever made my sandwiches, did a great damn job. It was loaded with meat and toppings, the condiments weren't overbearing. It was fresh and I would order again and again. Whoever was working this shift and made my sandwiches, needs recognition.

The Thanksgiving Sub was alright, this location is stingy with the toppings, especially the turkey slices. Like 25% of my sub hardly had anything on the bread. The bread has not been good for the past few times I've been here. Every sub I've gotten from here feels like it's been sitting out for a long time. I also bought a sub with the buy one get one free deal, they removed the deal after I had already ordered and gave me one sub.

They messed up, the second sandwich and put black olives on it. There was only supposed to be black olives, on one of them. My son is allergic to olives. He couldn't eat his sandwich. Not to mention, that he ordered garlic butter on his sandwich roll and they drowned the bread in Garlic butter. The sandwich was falling apart, from being soaking wet. This was not a good experience. And when it comes to Firehouse subs, we can usually count on them, for spectacular sandwiches. This time, we had to toss a $20 sandwich. How sad!

I ordered because of the review but found the sub was fatty and greasy. I was a fan of Firehouse Subs. I enjoyed the exceptional sandwiches when they first opened. I have noticed that the quality of the meats have declined. It is less lean than I remembered when the restaurant first opened.. The chilli was outstanding.

Sandwich didn't have the double meat that I paid for. If it did then I would have gotten about one slice of turkey and one of ham normally without ordering the extra. Very disappointing. Also was missing the oil & vinegar, Italian seasoning. Basically, my specific order was wrong.
