Bread was a little old tasting but meat was unbeatable as usual. Love firehouses phillys best ive had in phoenix. Just wish they toasted their bread even slightly

I generally like Firehouse, but this store consistently messes up my orders. I'm not sure if it's an item availability issue, reading comprehension issue, or too much creative liberty, but at least 3x I've requested deli mustard and received mayo. 2 very different flavor profiles, not to mention colors(!). It's frustratingly frequent enough to lose my trust.

Soggy bread & something about the sauce tasted off. Normally it's great, so chalking this up to a single bad experience for now.

Literally missing a good portion of my order. I pay like 6 dollars extra for a meal and no drink no chips! great.
