The Jeera Rice was so tasty on its own, I found myself enjoying it even without any sauce. The Butter Chicken had a rich, savory flavor with just the right amount of heat enough to give me a little sniffle, but totally worth it! But this one, while it looked like it was cooked perfectly and maybe even a little over baked, it was kind of raw on the inside. It was warm on the inside and the ricotta was kind of warm but the zucchini (don't judge) was still basically raw, the mozzarella was not melted at all and still in sliced chunks, and the dough in the twist was still pretty raw - I think it was just cooked and browned too quickly!
