Left out the toast, very few fries compared to other times ive visited.  Strips are super small and cold and super dried out like they're old. Super disappointing for $22.

Incredibly whelming. It's very average fried chicken, tenders are small, if you've ever cut a chicken tender yourself these are clearly a single tender cut in half to make "two" tenders. Slaw is fine, tea is fine, toast is toast. Rather overpriced for what it is.

I don't know, maybe this is a me problem. I moved from NY to Boise two years ago, and I just don't get what's going on with the food scene here.

Search anywhere online and it says Guthrie's is the best chicken spot. So I ordered their most popular box, and it's.....fine? There's literally no seasoning. It's just lightly breaded chicken. Is it the sauce that I'm paying for? It's also....fine? I’ve tried a bunch of places around town and I’m noticing a pattern. No one really does much with their chicken. It’s all super mild, lightly breaded chicken.

Maybe I’m just used to bold flavors or more variety from back east, but I’m starting to feel like Idahoans might not be used to really standout food.

Still giving it 4 stars because I recognize this might be a "me" issue. But if you're someone who likes your chicken seasoned or with a little more going on, this might not hit the spot for you.

food was cold, barely any fries, chicken was over cooked  and sweet tea tastes nothing like actual southern sweet tea

I ordered the small box:  the chicken strips were OK, not anything like the "Southern Breading" I make at home (Texas), and they were not very big;  The fries (ordered crispy), were soggy and not very good;  skip their sauce;  coleslaw was overly processed.  I will not order from Guthrie's again.
