I always do a pick up order on my way there so I don't have to wait in line to order. I can just pick up my order as soon as arrive. Very quick and friendly service. My favorite drinks are the 1) mango matcha and 2) strawberry black tea with salted cheese. If you're feeling hungry for a sweet snack, the Oreo waffle with puff cream is a must!

The avocado smoothie: a pricey drink we order once in a while. It was really good in flavor! But it had large pieces of ice that were not thoroughly blended into the drink and also hard bits (probably the stalk or the seed shell that wasn't removed).
The strawberry black tea was really good as usual!

Excellent spot. Bubble waffle makes me feel like I'm at the fair or something. Their teas are great and they modify it to your taste as far as sweetness goes. Great place if you're just craving a nice tasty treat

Ordered a boba milk tea with regular(100%)sweetness and light ice but it was barely sweet. It felt like it was only 20% sweet. Usually its made right and I love it but sometimes it isnt consistent and its disappointing when its not sweet enough.
