Everything was really good today. Prepared without anything being dark brown or hard, and I thank you for the extra effort these employees take when I order breakfast. Best Hardee's food in Anderson. My favorite one.

Worse breakfast platters I have ever gotten from Hardees. Egg patty that's supposed to be 2 eggs each was halved so each platter only had one egg each; and they were dry and peeling back from being in warmer too long. 2 out of 4 biscuits were dark brown and hard. Tater tots were stuck together; very hard and dark around the outside. Bacon was partially burned. looked like left over pieces were used. I was surprised that they sent food like this out for delivery.

chicken items were great. really enjoyed them. fries were fresh, but bland. honestly pretty disappointed in the burgers. bland and dry. not great quality. never tried hardees before this, but not sure they've got enough going for me to want to try them again. all that is beside the fact the Dasher had to interrupt employees playing on phones to alert them to the fact they even had an order to make.

Somebody need to show them how to fix edible tater tots. Both breakfast platters had tater tots that were cooked to death; extra dark, hard as a rock, and stuck together. Couldn't chew them. Bacon was also almost burned black and was hard. They didn't provide any eating utensils for either order. They keep sending strawberry jam, which I don't like, instead of the grape that I requested.
