I enjoy a lot of their decent proportioned items and order from here regularly. However, I keep having issues with the bacon (especially in the breakfast bowl) not being cooked enough. My boyfriend said it also it seemed raw in the last order. That's not the first or second time I've had this problem. Bacon should be relatively crispy, not soggy looking!

Bagel was good but Hot Latte had no foam and I'm not sure how I feel about the taste. Kind of a little burnt flavor.
