• 8/24/24I really love their food it's always fresh and very favorable. The Peach Bubble Teawas so refreshing and light, I chose regular sugar and ice and it was perfect. I'm a savory girly and the Loco Moco really hit the spot. You get a lot of food and the gravy was very good. I dripped some pieces of the Veggie Roll in the gravy bc yk why not lol. The Wings (4pcs) Teri/oko) were fresh and juicy. This was my second time getting the wings and I'm go get them again. 10/10 <3

• 4/17/25Ice or Rice has the best Tuna Onigiri and Salmon Onigiri in the city and I am 100% convinced of that. The Peach Bubble Tea was also delicious and nice on a warm spring day in Ohio!

• 6/4/24This has quickly become one of my favorite places for lunch or dinner. I have tried sushi, poke bowls, appetizers, and the savory pancakes. Flavors are good and fresh. One of the reasons I keep coming back is that the veggies in their dishes are always bright and crunchy. Some of the dishes are things I have not seen on other menus in Cleveland. The wait time is usually reasonable as well.

• 10/6/23Everything was amazing! I've been searching for Salmon Onigiri for a long time and I'm happy to finally find a place close to home that sells it! The Pork Belly Okonomiyaki was fresh, hot and delish and the House Milk Tea was just the right sweetness with the less sweet option. 10/10 will get again!

• 6/6/25Ice or rice has quality, fresh, flavorful food. They are my go to when I am too tired to cook. The poke bowls are so yummy, same with the sushi and apps. The bubble tea has so much flavor. They're very consistent and it's a nice experience each time. Thank you!
