"I ordered the BLT with coleslaw again, this time with avocado, and my daughter, who ordered the Nutella Waffle was disappointed that she didn't get the same thing. The Nutella Waffle was still excellent and she ate at least a third of mine plus all of hers! I missed my mayo despite getting avocado! The only negative thing I can say, and I may have missed asking for it as I also forgot to request silverware! I was way too excited for my last breakfast in for a while! Big portion, homemade herb vinegarette that even my 11 year old enjoyed (and she usually only likes homemade). I got the Grumpy sauce on the side because I'm never sure about sauce. It reminded me of a Thousand Island Blend. My Daughter got the Grumpy Burger , perfectly medium, as requested, even with delivery, and their bread is so much than a bun! My daughter ordered the coleslaw and didn't care for it because it wasn't all sugared up. I got the coleslaw to add to my sammich, had half my salad, half my sammich and had a second meal. Also, Doordash.com stole our first order, so when I called to inquire, Mr./Mrs. Grumpy added a tiny surprise! We were so grateful! Definitely a favorite spot!"

"I never heard of this place until it magically popped up one day and I was pleasantly surprised. Finally a place that knows how to make good breakfast. I ordered the NY Strip Steak & Eggs with potatoes as a side and everything was cooked to a T. Potatoes were soft, steak was well seasoned and cooked and my eggs were made just the way I asked. I also got a fruit bowl and the fruit was fresh not old and soggy like most places. I will be ordering my breakfast from here all the time now."

*Parking: scarce! In-house Valet is your only option as the street is right. Or you can park on the street and put your hazards on and risk getting a ticket. There is some construction being done also and mind you it's in the heart of downtown.
Food: The flapjacks were good and huge but for this price I would've like something on the side like some eggs or something. 1 is more than enough, so the 2 they give you can be shared with someone. brioche French toast is thick and enough to split in half.
*Bacon: was good but I've had thicker at other places for the price. I've gotten 5/6 total at other places for this price and not just the 3 they give.
*Potatoes: had a nice cook to them and were good. They do have onion and peppers in them which I like.
*Food comes in black styrofoam. Freshness was there overall. I would order again but not these same items."

"my goodness I have never had a breakfast burrito in my life until I got one of these. and it was just the very best experience I had. the burrito was heavenly, so filled, so large and rich in its ingredients. i got full by the time i reached to the 60% point of the burrito. to be fair I did add some of my own seasonings on top of the tots because I personally found them not to my tastebuds and even then without the seasonings it was high quality. they definitely went above and beyond when making this menu. but the one problem would probably be the price. around 5 dollars for both the tots and the orange juice is kind of egregious to me but I understand why it's so high up.
