• 12/15/24I always order the beach club at Jimmy John's, and the sandwich has always got plenty of meat, cheese and toppings on it. This is the most pathetic sandwich I've ever received from Jimmy John’s. There was literally one piece of turkey on the entire sandwich a couple shreds of lettuce and tomato and absolutely no guacamole.

• 8/14/26The restaurant forgot my Salt & Vinegar Jimmy Chips® so I had to reach out to DoorDash for a refund. After a few bites I realized the J.J.B.L.T. Fave tasted like chemicals and I couldn't finish the sub. I believe the tomatoes and lettuce weren't washed properly because I believe that's what tasted chemical. I don't think I'll be eating from here again.

• 5/24/26Look I love your sandwiches but this is the third time my order comes and the sandwiches are not marked what they are. So one of them was mistaken and put a bunch or mustard before realizing it's rye wrong sandwich and now the one won't be eaten. PLEASE MARK THEM! Thank you
