We were also missing the large ranch that we paid for and the fries were just laid in the bag without being in a closed container. Ended up driving the order back to the store and saw there were open online orders on the status screen that did not look like they were started (I received a photo from my driver 30 min prior to showing up at the store, and the same name was still on the board) and the only employee we could see in there was just blasting music and not working. He tried telling me that was just the way the wings were supposed to look, but we regularly order the dry rub and what we got was not it."
