Taste good but they have reduced the size of the chicken and charging more is so unfair to customers. Well prepared none the less taste is amazing and hot ready to eat.

I ordered a Zinger Stacker Box. I paid an extra $4.10 to upgrade it to a Stacker, but the burger that arrived had only one patty. So, I called the store to check. I asked them to confirm if there was a mistake because the burger only had one patty. They asked about the sauce color and then told me that it was indeed a Zinger Stacker. According to the KFC official website, the Zinger Stacker should have two patties. As a customer, I can't be sure whether the mistake is with the website description or the store staff. I'm very disappointed with both the service response and the state of the food.

When I order in person, chickens are large and worth the value. When I ordered through DoorDash, the chickens were half the size- drumsticks like a drumette, ribs cut in half, gravy was as thin as water and fries were half the packaging. They choose the worst/smallest cuts when being delivered as they're not accountable to a face to face complaint like when you order in person.

With one bite I remembered that I hate the Big Crunch Sandwich !! The coating is terrible. I had to cut it off and there was not much chicken left after that. :(

not a piece of crispy fried chicken. the batter was soft and oily, the potatoes were very soft, the picture and description said the side dish was some kind of fried corn, but they prepared a small bowl of fresh corn with some seasoning!
