Considering that I had these from delivery (cooled off, patties slid off to the side a bit), the Lucky Bun was delicious and very filling . Thick Cut Fries were exactly what I'd wanted---can taste the potato, not just the fried-ness, but still a fry (versus wedges)---though maybe not worth $9 for the portion.

No ketchup (10 cents?) or sauce when asked for on the side for a $16 burger and a $9 "large" (not large) fry? C'mon. Delivery was canceled on and re-picked up 30 minutes later, so the Braai fries were cold (oven reheated) and burgers luke warm and bottom bun edges soggy. Aside from all that, burger and fries (once reheated) were good, but overpriced for the portions. I would only visit in person for hot/fresh food to justify the price, but bring your own ketchup.

Food quality wasnt as good as normal on this order. The burgers werent cooked to the ordered temperature and everything was like warm. Both were also very dry. Great in person, but dont think id order delivery again.

Fries and burgers had next to no salt on them, burgers were soggy, completely cold, and flavorless. I wanted to give Lucky Buns another chance because our first experience was not good either, but this was somehow worse.

the burger tasted off, like one of the ingredients has gone bad. almost tasted like fish! I couldn't finish it out was so nasty. I expect more from a $15 burger. what a rip off.
