The Chicken Marsala was to die for! It's been nearly 3 years since I have had chicken marsala and Machiavelli's didn't disappoint. The noodles and chicken were perfectly cooked and the marsala sauce was resplendent!

Normally a good experience, but tonight was an exception. The pasta was under seasoned, the bowl of soup was barefully half full and there was one small cup of marinara for 4 large breadsticks. Also, the bread on the meatball grinder was over toasted to the point of being burnt.

I've had the Greek Salad previously and enjoyed it a great deal. This one, though, was very heavy with onions, drowning in dressing, and had absolutely NO Kalamata olives! Big disappointment. The Baked Meatballs with Cheese was fairly good with enough sauce and a generous topping of melted cheese.

First time patron. I wish them success, but I don't think I'll be ordering again. The Chicken Marsala was ok. The Mushroom and Olive Oil Vermicelli was puzzling: a small toss of mushrooms on top of a generous amount of pasta with no olive oil, no seasoning. I ordered two salads and they were both missing. And the basil on all the dishes did not seem fresh. Even on the Prince pizza, which had little flavor. Uncanny that a pizza with prosciutto and basil has no flavor evidence of either. To be fair, nothing was inedible and they used real mushrooms not canned as does one of their competitors.
