Most horrible hot chocolate I've ever had. When paying this much for a hot chocolate you might as well do it yourself at home. $9.00 is quite expensive with a small portion.

Usually they're amazing, but tonight wasn't it. Watery and cold hot chocolate, the waffles were dry and uncomfortably stale to chew, and I didn't even order them in the first place, they replaced a different item without contact. Very unfortunate!
