We had the sausage, egg, and cheese McMufffins. They were warm, fresh, and delicious. I also ordered the Sausage Gravy Biscuit for breakfast tomorrow morning. I got the Sausage, Egg & Cheese McGriddle for free. You can't beat that. Thank you McDonald's. We will definitely order from them again.

I had the Sausage Egg McMuffin Meal. I love their Sausage, Egg & Cheese McGriddles, and the Sausage Gravy Biscuits are pretty darn good. I used to love their coffee, but the past couple of times, I've been disappointed with the taste, so I will not order their coffee. It's too bland.

We ordered 2 Egg McMuffin's, and a Sausage Gravy Biscuit. We spent $15 dollars and got a free Sausage, Egg and Cheese McMuffin. Everything tasted fresh and delicious. We will order from McDonalds again.

I had the Sausage Egg Cheese Biscuit, which was ok. The biscuit was too doughy. My husband had the Sausage McMuffin® with Egg, which I ordered accidentally. He said it was ok. The Sausage Gravy Biscuit was very good.
