I sent my Mom two Double Bundtlet Tower for her birthday, paid the extra for the flowers, no flowers were on the packaging and no communication from the store regarding they were out of flowers, and still charged extra for them. Bummed about it because she keeps these flowers in a special spot every time I send her Bundt cakes. I live states away and it is just a special thing. This is the first time I ordered from this specific location.
