Numbing Spicy Beef Noodle is exactly what I was looking for to melt away a cold winter day. the noodles are perfectly textured, the broth satisfying spicy, numbing, but not too overwhelming which is easy to do with Sichuan peppercorn. the stewed beef is perfectly toothsome and melts in your mouth. bonus bonus, the portions are correct for the price for once so do not sleep on it.

One More Noodle House is unmatched in the Wasatch Front. Excellent house-made noodles, sumptuous broths, and complex but delicate flavor profiles. This is the closest thing to traditional Chinese cuisine that you might find outside of someone's cherished family recipes from the mainland. This restaurant has been on my short list of favorites for years.

The noodles here were just perfect. The B6. Dan-Dan Beef Noodle were just the right amount of flavor and numbing, just fanatastic. The B2. Sichuan Beef Noodle were likewise perfect and the flavor range was increadible. The side items i ordered were also just great to eat along side the noodles. Overall the best noodle experience I've had in a very long time. Will order again.

Portion was actually fair and comparable with the cost. Taste was ok for the braised beef noodle and also the Dan Dan noodles. I don't know if I would order here again though. One More Sandwich tasted fresh and delicious.
