The Beef Roll 牛肉卷饼 is always so flavorful and delicious. And the Stewed Lamb Noodles Soup 清炖羊肉汤面 has good flavor and just enough lamb. I always like to get the thin round noodles.

I order from here ALL the time as I am a certified noodle head. These are hands down, THE BEST hand pulled noodles in the area. I always get medium round, both in house and for take out, and it's seriously just as good togo as it is in the restaurant, they even provide the signature spicy oil on the side. The noodles have a great firm chew, yet still delicate on the palate, with just enough bounce as a proper hand made noodle should. I like to add the stewed egg to my Lanzhou Hand-Pulled Beef Noodle Soup 兰州牛肉拉面 and it's a delicious little complimentary add on and another great way to soak up the savory warm broth. So glad Lanzhou is here, a little hidden gem with so much authentic culinary talent, I'm grateful to live so close! What are you waiting for? Not worth the price at all! I payed $30 for the lamb and they only offered 6 piece with lots of fat. So disappointed! Won't order again.

Love the soup flavor, you can taste the meat. Noodles are chewy and not soggy.
