Berry cream scone is delicious. Could use a few more berries though.

Unfortunately the breakfast sandwich was gross. It was rock hard and it had been cooked so long and hot that the cheese was baked into the bread. The egg was hard and tasted old. The girls behind the counter were dismissive and didn't greet anyone. I wasn't acknowledged by them until I said "thanks ladies have a great day! Overall bad experience and wasted money.

When it arrived, it was extremely sweet. After taking only one sip, I found the sweetness overwhelming and completely undrinkable. I had no choice but to discard the rest of the drink.
As someone who is careful about sugar intake and does not wish to risk health issues such as diabetes, receiving a beverage this heavily sweetened was both disappointing and concerning. I expected a normal level of sweetness (or the option to control it), not a drink that tasted as though a large amount of sugar or syrup had been added without request.
I would appreciate a refund for the coffee and hope that your staff can be more careful with sweetness levels in future. I look forward to your response.

What a treat to have a nice iced latte to go with my muffins. Perfect way to start the day. Everything was flavorful, in a word, perfect!

coffee beans were over a month old. breakfast sandwiches tasted like they were made day prior
