The bread wasn't cooked all the way, so it was gummy. My sub was supposed to have turkey ham and salami. There was almost no turkey or ham. they definitely have the B team working today.

Amazing sub! Fries were very fresh and the sub was too. Philly Cheesesteak was amazing. Bread was fresh, sandwich was well put together, and the steak and cheese were perfectly cooked. Would definitely get again.

Classic Italian was one of the worst sandwiches I've ever received from Penn Station. No meat, excessive dressing - poor quality. People pay a lot for quality and these sandwiches get smaller and more expensive. A little pride goes a long way.

The bread was not completely done. We ordered extra on some toppings and barely got any. The fries weren't even cooked thoroughly.

ordered a cold Italian, small fry, and cheese bread with marinara.
the Sandwich tasted good but the bread was hard as a rock. I could barely bite into it honestly. The fries came ice cold and old. The cheese bread also does NOT look like the photo, it is a small sub with a little cheese and a dash of marinara also came cold. Will not be ordering from here again. Flavors were there, execution was not.
