Perkins is the best! I always get their southern fried chicken biscuits for breakfast when Ieat there and they are SO good! If you haven't had them, you should try them!

Perkins has always been my reliable choice for comfort food, but today’s experience was beyond disappointing. I ordered the Homemade Meatloaf, only to find it upside down in the container, burned on the bottom, and tasting like it had been made the day before.
The mashed potatoes were dry and had the texture of hardened “Play-Doh,” while the cold brown gravy was served in a cup on the side. I also ordered extra potatoes, but what I received was barely a third of a cup. Ironically, the gravy container was filled to the brim—a full two cups worth.
As someone who has written food reviews and columns, I can confidently say this was one of the worst meals I’ve had. I understand that the snowy weather might mean the restaurant isn’t busy, but that’s all the more reason to prepare each order with care. This meal should have never left the kitchen in such a state. Both the manager and the chef should be embarrassed by the lack of quality and attention to detail.
Frankly, you’d find a better “Homemade Meatloaf” plate in a nursing home. I sincerely hope my next order reflects the standard I’ve come to expect from Perkins and not another haphazardly thrown-together meal.

The fried chicken in the biscuit was a super skinny chicken finger cut into 3 pieces, hard and over fried. There was a sprinkle of cheddar and no slice of Am. Cheese. My husband shared this with me as my order was out of stock and no one communicated to ask if there was a substitute we wished to order. Disappointing and a huge waste of money.

Waste of my money. Pancakes size of a kids pancake and food was all over. My runny eggs leaked everywhere. So sad as the food is good but it was so hard to see the change of how they prepared the food to be delivered

Out of PS pancakes so we didn't get them and were substituted with regular. Wish they would have contacted us to ask if we wanted something different instead. Stroganoff had hardly any meat and not enough sauce to coat the noodles properly. Chicken noodle soup was just *weird* overall. The smell was very off putting. Sugar cookie tasted freezer burnt. Still haven't had a quality meal from here, so I think we are done trying for a long while, unfortunately.
