The Pho ans A3— Shrimp Spring Rolls (2) are always SO good! This is my favorite Pho place in Tulsa! This is my first time trying the Thai Tea and it's also super good!! I have been eating here at least once a week for a few months now and the flavors are always wonderful! I'm absolutely in love with Pho and have been since I was four. This place is the flavor of my childhood!

Super fresh and crisp veggies, clean, flavorful hot broth and clean, good quality, well cooked protein every time without fail. my go-to sick day food and the most perfect healing, nourishing and hydrating hangover cure. so yummy, the best pho in tulsa!

Pho de Cao is great for what it is. Food is good and large portions for the price. It's not the best pho in Tulsa but the consistency and the great base of the pho makes it great base to add hoisin and chili oil to. Great to order from for price and a consistent place for us.

Good tasty beef broth with steak and all the yummy fixings on the side. Good size portion! Pork egg rolls were crunchy and the sauce complimented it well. Everything cooked fresh. Would recommend! 10/10

This was my first time trying this restaurant. The pho was good but I prefer stronger broth. I ordered the large with extra steak and noodles. Now I still have enough to eat later. The egg rolls were very good and surprisingly still crispy. The spring rolls were good but the peanut butter sauce was too runny. But overall everything was delicious! 😋 I will be ordering more often!
