"I got the Tonkotsu Ramen, and I was impressed. First the fact that the noodles and topping are separated from the broth was great to see and even though the noodles weren't boiled into the broth the oils from the broth stuck to the noodles, this kept the noodles from getting soggy so they kept they're springy texture. Now the broth was very good it was deep, hearty, and flavorful. I had the level 4 spicy and it was a great balance of heat and flavor. The pad Thai was packed full of flavor and the cheese wontons were a little on the sweeter side but still delicious. The portions were large, especially the curry.
