"I got the Tonkotsu Ramen, and I was impressed. First the fact that the noodles and topping are separated from the broth was great to see and even though the noodles weren't boiled into the broth the oils from the broth stuck to the noodles, this kept the noodles from getting soggy so they kept they're springy texture. Pho was good. Pho portion is a good size, a little too much pho for me but for the price it was good. Also like the pho to go packaging. My pho noodle was still a bit hard so I had to boil the noodles to make it edible which is fine.
Lao Style Papaya Salad was alright. Portion was big. The papaya sauce was alright. Needs more flavor. The spice was perfect.
