In July of 2014, Ramen Hakata was founded in Dallas. We, Ramen Hakata, are ecstatic to be able to provide true Japanese traditional ramen to those who have been craving it. The broth for the ramen is …
Absolutely delicious! The N1. Hakata Ramen was perfectly savory, salty, and hearty. It's an excellent serving size for the price and I felt like it was a complete meal. One of the most satisfying broths I've had. Highly recommended!

Favorite ramen I've had in Dallas so far. N5. Chashu Ramen was very good. I liked it more than the N10. Miso Chashu Ramen. The pork bao was great as well. The ingredients tasted like they were higher quality, or healthier than other places. Difficult to describe, but I will definitely order from them again.

So far the crashing bins were mediocre but not bad. The bread was nice and fluffy there just isn't much meat! Decent flavor though. Gyoza are fabulous. Working my way up to the miso garlic ramen but it's my favorite and never fails!

My go-to comfort food is ALWAYS the R4. Chashudon !! The savory, fatty pork just pairs so well with the soft rice, and the soup helps even flavors out when the pork becomes too much. Never change Ramen Hakata Chashudon bowl... I love you too much <3

This ramen is chain restaurant ramen. The comments calling it mediocre at best are absolutely correct. I wanted to give it a second chance after finding a better ramen place down the street since Raman Hakata has 4.8 stars on Door Dash but I was right. It's extremely bland and mediocre at best. That explains why delivery is so fast. None of it is cooked to order. It's already ready sitting in a fridge.
