Roman Ramen is a locally owned ramen restaurant serving house made broth. We use a fusion of Asian and other flavors to provide both classic and non-traditional dishes.
The Lunch Special was a very generous portion! Everything tasted fresh and delicious. I love how they separated the toppings from the ramen so nothing got soggy. I had the spicy red tonkatsu, it was not too spicy, just right. The spam bao was really great too.

Always so good .. ordered theBuild Your Own and it was so much food I had to save the rest for later lol fresh veggies were tasteful

The ramen was easy to modify and tasted great with added protein. The buns were soft and light, a great snack!

The lunch special is my go to. Perfect portion for lunch and super tasty. Some of my faves are the trad pork tonkatsu and spam bao.

My Classic Vegan Bowl order was incorrect. They put spam in the tofu bowl....it's funny but also, come on y'all. I was really wanting a warm, seasoned meal. It looked amazing but taste was rough.
The Pork Bao was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I wish I had just ordered 3 of those. Magnificent flavor, the bun is so soft and fluffy.
So yes, I would order again but I probably won't get their ramen again.
