The Beef Stew with Noodles is amazing. The combo Pho is also really good. Some of the best Pho in the valley. The guys that run it are always very nice, and great to talk too.

My favorite pho place was closed so I ordered this, the broth tastes like it relies on lemon for flavoring and tastes very sour. I wish the broth was a little more savory, I ate it but I will not be reordering from here. There was also a very little amount of meat and I like lime with my pho, sadly they only included more lemon.

The steak came out very chewy and bland as well with the broth. The noodles were too soft to the point where they would break apart as I would try to twirl them. I do not recommend.

This is the worst pho broth I've ever tasted. First it tastes like canned chicken broth. It's weirdly sour. I don't taste any of the pho spices or onion I should. It doesn't have any depth of umami. It's also very lacking in sugar.
The noodles, meat and veg are all fine.

I ordered the combination pho. The noodles were overcooked and so gummy the broth would not separate them. Which brings me to the broth. It had such a weird flavor. It didn't taste like beef, didn't taste like chicken, just very salty with a mild, strangely indescribable flavor. The Thai basil was not fresh, and the beef was way over cooked!
