I love the Fresh Veggie Sandwich, but when I order it there are too large with veggies. I spoke to Anthony today. He treated me with respect and ki sandw ch was still hot.

This is what all Managers should pride themselves on doing instead of getting mad.

Cook did a great job of making a yummy sandwich! lots of lettuce, and onions, mayo & mustard. Black olives was a little; more black olives would have perfected it, since I paid extra for it. ultimately the family really enjoyed the sandwiches.

The CinnaPacks™ came cold. Seems like they didn't even heat them up at all. Also, the icing didn't taste right at all. I've ordered this exact same thing multiple times from Schlotzsky's and it has never been cold like this or tasted strange like this. Seems like they gave me old Cinnabons

First time they gave the ranch I paid for and napkins. So very happy with this order and its packing.
