Best tasting fast food burger fries and shakes in Katy. The burgers and fries are well portioned. The burgers are fresh and well seasoned you can actually taste the meat with just the right amount of amount of fat, so it is not dry. The shack burger sauce is delicious. I would definitely order again.

The Chocolate Shake is one of my favorites and their Cheeseburger is one of my top 3 favorites in Houston. The Fries are crinkled which reminds me of when I was a kid. The portions for the price are fair and it's always fresh and hot. I highly recommend and order them at least once a week.

Terrible flat small burger and the lettuce wrap was so sloppy. Burger so bland; nothing on it unless added. I order bacon and avocado and there was 1 half piece of bacon and the smallest sliver of avocado. Fries were bland like they were frozen too long. Yuck. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Delivered nicely and on time. The Angus Beef Chili Cheese Dog was a disappointment - overwhelmed by a large amount of what tasted like a squeeze-can low-quality cheese and piled on slivers of batter-fried onions. Had to scrape this off to find what appeared to be a teaspoon of what might be considered as chili. The grilled dog was good, on its own. The Banana Pudding Shake was quite sweet with odd crystals in the bottom clogging the straw. Didn't taste like banana pudding. Might be OK if you like savory and sweet aftertaste stuck to the roof of your mouth.

They should really do better with sealing the bag. There was no attempt to protect our food. The sticker they use is no good. The bag was open when it got delivered...the sticker had popped off. My suggestion is to staple the bag like other restaurants do.
