First timer! The burgers and shakes were good, although small, even at a double patty, compared to other similar brands. The 10 piece Chicken Bites were popcorn chicken  size. I expected normal size nuggets for $10. I'm a petite 110lb female and they are the same size as the tip of my thumb. This would be too small even for a child.

The west cost burger was good tho a bit burnt and the "large" bacon cheese fries where more like a small fry and the cheese seemed to be a slice of melted American not a good deal for the price.  I probably will not order again.

Highly disappointed with Shake shack,  disappointed with the chicken sandwiches if you guys are gonna step up and be in the chicken sandwich game maybe you should actually put chicken on your chicken sandwiches. The patty literally looks like the patty you would get on a McChicken from McDonald's it's not thick. The bun is thicker than the chicken itself. Fries came kind of hard a little cold. I think the best thing out of the order is probably the barbecue sauce that they sent with the  K-Shack Spicy BBQ Fries not to mention the fries themselves whatever that powder they put on top has absolutely zero flavor and  you're paying a lot of money for Shake shack.  I spent almost $40 on two very underwhelming chicken sandwiches and a single order of fries. Definitely not worth it. Don't recommend. Oh and just as a sidenote, they always forget your cheese. The food is never hot and they always put sauces on your sandwich even when they ask you not to and whatever sauce they put on the just regular chicken sandwich literally taste like they put mayonnaise out got it warm and then dumped a bunch of pickle juice in it gross.

The burger was dry and overcooked!! Soggy topping's! A drop of burger sauce! Burnt buns!!!! Never have I have had a burger from any Shake shack like this!! Terrible!! Chicken dry over cooked!! I will make the drive to Oak brook before I ever order here it's to expensive to get this quality of food!!

The grilled cheese was just about inedible. Looked like an old hamburger bun smashed with cheese. The BLT was gross. The lettuce was dark green wilted. I had to pick it off. The sandwich was hastily
 made. Don't get fooled by the menu images.
