Ordered the Blaze Ramen with pork and the Pork Bun and both were beyond delicious! Noodles and tasty broth were delivered separately so I was able to mix, heat, and eat when I was ready. The pork was the most tender I've ever had. I ordered a side of mushrooms to mix in and ordered the spicy sauce on the side, which allowed me to add it to the pork bun as well. Don't sleep on this restaurant!!!

Combo (Ramen + Appetizer) was okay. My protein was chicken. They only put 3 strips of chicken in the ramen, which was the size and length of an average middle finger. The pork bun appetizer that came with the ramen was okay. I didn't like the sauce on it. The pork belly was delicious. It was seasoned well and the portion was okay for the price. The ramen it self was flavorful as well. I feel like more meat could've been added. I probably wouldn't order the ramen again.

OK so YUM!! This Chicken Karaage Bowl was DEEEELISH! The regular is pretty small in size but just enough for my lunch. The chicken was nicely fried and the teriyaki sauce was tasty while the spicy aioli gave a nice kick. The Fried Gyoza 6 pcs BANGIN! So flavorful and had a great crunch. Yeah...order it and you won't be disappointed!

Shoyu on Fire was amazing great broth and noodles were nice and fresh Grilled Gyoza 6 pcs was so rich and definitely handmade and they even gave me more than 6 which was def appreciated. Pork Bun was salty and very fresh bread was nice and would order everythng again.

Honestly the food was fantastic. The bao buns were so delicious and flavorful. The broth of the ramen was fresh and seasoned very well. I do wish the portion was bigger given the price. My only complaint was the dumplings were soggy and didn't have much flavor.
