I eat here more often than I'd like to admit. The burgers are bussin', and the fries always slap. I introduced my coworkers to Smashburger at one point and they loved it. Always a first choice for me.

Ordered here because we were hungry and wanted a quick meal. Order arrived very quickly, but it was wrong and nothing was hot. We ordered 3 classic smash burgers, 2 with no tomatoes or pickles and 1 with everything just subbing pepper jack cheese instead of American. We got 3 burgers with just American cheese and ketchup. No other fixings. Also ordered large fries and haystack onions. Both were soggy and lukewarm. When I poured the onions out of the container there was a puddle of oil at the bottom. It was pretty obvious that the person who prepared our order didn’t care at all. Disappointing since I’ve ordered from here many times before and it’s been quick and good. We ended up throwing most of it out. Not sure what happened tonight and will think twice before ordering from here again.

They didn't put enough brisket. maybe they were running out of brisket. Better if they just say that is sold out. I paid $36 for a hamburger with poor quality. Very disappointing.

The serving cup was half empty. I honestly thought most of the tots fell out into the rest of the bag but it was not filled at all. They were still delicious but I didnt appreciate being charged for a full serving.

Both burgers were wrapped extremely messy, they were cold, tomatoes had a Coors in them. The sweet potato fries were not filled up in the container. Sweet potato fries were not filed up to 20 oz cup. They were also cold. Not acceptable for the money.
