We tried to order Starbird Chicken once before, but apparently every road in town had decided to become a demolition derby at the exact same time. Accidents everywhere. Traffic chaos. Our chicken dreams were tragically postponed.
But the next night, we gave it another shot — and I am very happy to report that Starbird did not disappoint.
This is easily some of the best chicken I’ve had in a long time. The flavor is excellent, the coating is perfect, and the whole thing tastes like someone actually cared instead of just throwing a bird in a fryer and hoping for the best. Crispy, seasoned, juicy — all the things chicken is supposed to be but too often isn’t.
And the fries? Amazing. The aioli sauce? Dangerous. The truffle fries? Stupid good. Like, “why are fries allowed to be this good?” good.
After the first failed attempt, I was half expecting the universe to keep us from this chicken for a reason. Turns out the reason was just to build suspense.

The Starbird 2.0™ was delicious!! I got it in a lettuce wrap and it was so yum and the ingredients were super fresh! The Elote Street Corn was my add on and it was perfectly seasoned and so good! Definitely ordering again.

Lemon garlic tenders were delightful and the ranch complimented nicely. The three tender box was plenty of food. Fries were nothing to write home about - but I'd still order again.

The food was delicious and the portions were huge. I got the lemon garlic tender box and they were amazing, definitely reordering. So nice to have something different and fresh around.

Tried 3 different flavors of the tenders: Classic Tender Box , Lemon Garlic Tender Box and Sweet Thai Tender Box. All delicious! Loved the Elote dip as well. I don't understand why they don't have GF buns or churros to go with their GF chicken.
