Huge shout out to these amazing people! Thank you for everything you do. And to DoorDash making all the labels extra hot- not all of us are the same, I have an insanely sensitive mouth to heat so even at regular hot I can't drink it without it sitting in the fridge for awhile. So boooo DoorDash. I super appreciate you all at Starbucks and the note in my bag!

I ordered a Cold Brew but was given just a regular ice coffee. I can distinctively tell the difference between Cold Brew and Ice Coffee since I am a barista as well and have been drinking coffee for 20 years. I understand that they likely were out of Cold Brew and that's why ice coffee was substituted, but this is why you should have Cold Brew prepped the night before so there is some in the day. I understand it needs 12-24 hours to steep, that's why you need to have it prepped. I paid a Cold Brew price and got regular ice coffee. I'm still sipping on it bc I refuse to waste my money, but it's just upsetting.

I called and added a pup cup and the girl at Starbucks put one in and put a heart on the top! Thank you made are day.
