Took 18 minutes to make my shake despite 5 workers in store and no customers. Order said ready by 2:02. Arrived at 2:05 and order have not yet been started. Waited Another 10 minutes until finally ready. 2nd time this has occurred.

Had the Athlete and was watered down, also added extra scoop of protein and didn't feel like it was added due to the smoothies texture.

Ordered two different matcha lattes. Both equally bad tasting. I almost thought mine had rancid milk in it. Not sure what happened, but will not order from this place again.

First time ive been to this location and strawberries not fresh and actually tasted rancid- had to throw out my $20 bowl. Mystic shake was also not drinkable- like 10 x too much cinnamon
Wasted like $50
Normally love this place but second bad experience in a row after waiting over 20 minutes when I was the only person in the store both this time and previously waited 30 mins in the Commons location when mine was the only order then as well. No urgency, no consistency anymore. Bummed.

Obnoxiously expensive. This smoothie is good but not $30 worth of good. Been ordering it for years -- since it was $16 just a few years ago. Understand inflation is a thing but these prices are grotesque and exploitative. Welcome to LA I guess. Sad to see another great LA classic succumb to the hubris of its own self-spun legend.
