The carrot cake is divine!  A perfect blendof spice cake, carrot, pineapple and pecans.  All topped with a luscious cream cheese icing that was the perfect sweetness.  It made this birthday girl happy.

The cake is delicious and very moist...I just wish there weren't any nuts in the cake... I don't really like nutty cake
