• 8/11/24I don't know why I keep thinking things will get better with Swiss Chalet.
Once again, the side of chalet sauce that is supposed to accompany this order was missing and the order itself looks pretty mediocre. At least the portion size of fries is sufficiently small that I'll not be long in consuming it.
I can't believe I paid $20 for this.

• 1/7/26Very disappointed! First time having an issue with this restaurant, but it was really bad. The Chicken Parm Sandwich was DRY, completely overcooked and dark, dark brown in colour. The Quarter Chicken Dinner was Buy 1 Get 1 Free, and it was terrible quality. Tiny little pieces of chicken, lots of black meat - not even dark meat, black! Sides were also incorrect. Not worth the money.

• 2/18/26Chicken Parm Sandwich Bundle is what I ordered. As usual the chicken was a huge portion, crispy and hot. Their loaded fries are a new item but I am really loving on them! Highly recommend this meal!

Perogies were supposed to be "loaded" lol.
A pinch of melted cheese on the box and half a strip of bacon.
Portion sizes were much smaller than anticipated.
Wont be ordering again.
