Much bigger portions now and everything I ordered was delicious! This location really improved over the past few months! Im a regular customer!

I'm a big Taco Bell fan, and so every time new menu items come out, I try them as soon as possible. The new luxe menu they released is wonderful for the price, especially the chicken flatbread, avocado ranch stacker, and potato griller. However, this Diablo Buffalo Crispy Chicken Crunchwrap leaves a lot to be desired. For higher price than a standard crunchwrap, you get much less (about half the size), and the one I had was basically just chicken and sauce in a crunchwrap shell. However, I will say that the Crispy Chicken Tenders with Diablo Buffalo Dipping Sauce are amazing. You wouldn't expect their chicken tenders to be good at a taco place, but they are some of the best I've had.

Back to TacoTime for my next order! These were Simultaneously bland and spicy. The crunch wrap supreme was dry, no crunch, with warm limp lettuce inside and a stingy portion of tomatoes. The side of chips and guac included only 5 whole tortilla chips and some crumbs, but the guac was ok. There was a side of claggy fake cheese sauce I had not asked for. Of the 8 packets of sauce included only one was the mild I had selected. The fountain drink was pale and watery - perhaps ice had melted in transit. The Side of Purple Cabbage was dried out. After years of seeing Taco Bell ads, the actual experience is disappointing.

Flat, soggy, lacking filling, assembly a mess. Items were not cooked/grilled long enough, making them soggy and raw tasting. Chips were fried in a giant clump making a ball of "chips" with the inside soft and raw. Nacho cheese for the chips was about 1/4th filled of the already small container. Better off diving across the southern boarder if you're craving the Bell.

Not only is the service always amazing, but you can taste the care. Every time I've been there in person every employee is in a great mood and that extends itself into the items. Sure, out of the 10 times I ordered without tomatoe, 3 came with. But after I called them once about it, it never repeated itself. Food is always excellently packaged, delicious and warm. Lez go Taco Bell Granville, my beloved
