P3. Rare Beef, Flank, Tendon and Tripe Pho: Generous with pho broth, noodles, and bean sprouts. Good amout of flank and rare beef. I had enough broth that I saved for later and will add my own noodles/toppings.  B1. Bun Dac Biet: Meatballs were bigger than expected which was a nice surprise! C30. Special Fried Rice: My partner ate the fried rice right away. Didn't have time for a photo. Overall, good portions and yummy food! Satisfied my cravings.

Good prices, good food. Not the best I've had in the Twin Cities but certainly very good. P9. Rare Beef Pho arrived in several containers so you could assemble as you like, which I always appreciate. Broth was hot, but not quite hot enough to cook the beef to my desired doneness, so I nuked it for about 45 seconds. TONS of sprouts and a lot of Thai basil; wish there'd been a few more jalapeños and pieces of meat. Broth was good but a little sweet. A13 Pork Belly  Bahn mi was ordered for later, but I took a bite to try it. Again, not the best I've had but still solid. Meat was a little chewy even for pork belly but was tasty; bread was excellent. I LOVE cilantro so appreciated how much appeared to be on the sandwich, although it was still on the stalk instead of just the leaves, which I found out when I took a bite and pulled the whole stalk out. 🙃 Overall, good food though and I'd order again!

Pho is always super tasty. I love pretty much everything I ever eat here. Amazing portions that are fresh tasting. Veggies have a good crunch. I love the egg rolls.
The people here are super kind and give off a comfy family vibe. They can adopt me if I could eat like this everyday lol. Thanks.

Down with a winter cold so I ordered P2 pho. Packaged perfectly + everything prepared perfectly(rice noodles cooked right, meat was tender+flavorful, herbs+bean sprouts were fresh, broth was rich and balenced) generous portions for price. 10/10 taste, will be ordering again.

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant and I'm so glad that I did! I ordered the Bun Dac Biet, it was a great combination of freshness and flavor, a perfect portion size, I will definitely order from this restaurant again.
