My partner ordered a rose bouquet and received dead flowers for $60 dollars.
He called to complain and he was told " they were fine when they got picked up" Worst customer service wouldnt buy flowers from there obviously they dont care about the quality they put out, these are moldy flowers being sold for $60 not worth it at all

No stars! The flowers were delivered to my sister for her birthday. They were slimy, smelled horrible and were basically dead! The store or DoorDash would not refund me the money. $60 thrown directly in the garbage. DO NOT ORDER from this store!

I ordered The Bouqs Co. 24 Premium Red Heart Roses - Red My Mind which was supposed to include 24 red roses arranged in a vase. Instead, I received 12 red roses wrapped in paper. When I requested for a correction, I received another 12 red roses (this is fine) but no vase to at least arrange it myself.

Quality is undesirable. There is was quite a bit of clean up to make them presentable. The leaves were browning and some of the pedals were peeling. Additionally the image of the Premium Red Rose Flower Bouquet (12 ct) are inaccurate. The flowers are nowhere near as large and full. The color are not as vibrant.
