The smash burger isn't smashing - literally the patties were HUGE (not thin) and not the same as previously made. Also, the fries included in the combo aren't worth it. Literally there were just 6-7 waffle fries. This place is falling off and consistently getting worse. The juice ain't worth the squeeze.

We ordered and the food was cold the fries were hard and the chicken very salty and gave us the wrong drinks. Called the store young man who answered was Rude and didn't want to give his name.

Too saucy and salty. I have a salty pallet so when I say it was salty then it really was. On top of that I did not ask for seasoned salt on the fries but they came with it anyway when before they didn't.
The store's flavors I've tried have not been good. Guess I have to keep ordering my custom plain wings with lemon pepper sprinkle.
