The Cobb Salad is so good that "bacon" is DELICIOUS deep flavor .. iam a meat eater and i would eat this now instead always ... the salad is large enough to be 2 meals for me and the Green Ginger Smoothie is a delight for all my ginger lovers out there

First off, we love the food at Vital root and have been ordering takeout here for easily 5 years. However on this order, the sizes were extremely small. The Mission Bowl was tiny, like 5 spoonfuls of rice/ beans. The Vital Pad Thai was also smaller than usual. PB Tahini Cookie was delicious, best dessert they have. Great food but hope the portion size was a one-off.

Food was delicious but the price just isn't right. This picture is a $31 meal before taxes and fees. Only bought it because there was a deal going on if you spend $30. That rice and beans was about 4-5 forkfuls worth for $4.50 and the cost per yucca fry is over a dollar each. Just wild. If their prices were lower, this is a 5 star restaurant.

Everything was fantastic. Loved the Korean BBQ Veggie "Wings" and the sauces that came with them. The 1/2 Cobb was packed full---easily two meals. The Beet Brownie is the best! If I lived in Denver, I would order from here weekly. Delicious!!! Highly recommend for GF eaters.

Everything was perfect, including my substitutions! The wrap is OVERFLOWING with fresh ingredients. This restaurant is a weekly for us! We get the Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap and the Mission Bowl
