These were the comfort enchiladas I needed. The Enchilada Santa Fe really hit the spot, and they had a bit of a kick...I'd say medium spice but also I'm from the northeast. Spicy enough to be fun. "I found this restaurant to be very mediocre. We ordered delivery. I had the flautas - the tortilla was nicely fried, but the beef inside was bland and without any rich flavor. I had to add salt at home. The ends were very overcooked and the dish was overwhelmed by a huge amount of sour cream on the flautas. For $3.75 I got about 1/2 cup of overcooked rice with what appeared to be frozen vegetables in it. The vegetables were mushy. The guacamole did not taste fresh, but rather as if it came out of a big container of guac. There were no avocado chunks in it. My husband's chiles rellenos were "only okay." He had the red chile with the rellenos, not the green. We also ordered the carne adovada - it came with about five chunks of 2" x 2" meat in red sauce, with the same yucky rice and what seemed to be canned refrito. I chose flour tortillas and asked for extra tortillas with the adovada, which is reflected on the receipt - this dish arrived without any tortillas at all.
