I really want to give it high praise. 3rd time ordered from them. The food is awesome, I think they have the best ONION RINGS. Their gold sauce is yum tum tum. Here's where it falls short. Ordered the CRAFT YOUR OWN - SINGLE again for the 3rd time. Same fixings... cheese, mustard, pickles, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, mayo... x4. I got 4 burgers no tomato, no lettuce and barely any grilled onions. Still tasted fantastic... just missed the mark with those missing items. Will order again... yet if it happens next time... that will be the last time. Please don't let me regret having patience. Thanks.

For what we're paying, the value is not there! Burgers are very small like the little burgers at Wendys. Im disappointed because for the price I thought you get what you pay for. Ill go to FIVE GUYS if I want an expensive burger.

The CRAFT YOUR OWN - SINGLE has good flavor, but it was not made how I requested. Request was to have pepper jack cheese, it had American cheese. The burger was definitely cooked thoroughly and was very juicy and fresh. Portions were good size for price. FRIES has no salt though. The FRIED PICKLES WITH RANCH was the best part, they were very good and were a big portion. Would definitely order the fried pickles again but unless the burger was going to be made how it is requested would probably not order it again. Tried to write a complaint about the burger to get a refund but since i didn't have a picture of the mistake was not able to get one.

The restaurant finally got it right every piece of cheese was melted perfectly. The CHEEEESY BURGER was fresh/hot and leaves you realizing that chicken is not the only finger licking good. Appreciate the way you do your best to make things right. Definitely repeating

Quite possibly the worst burger I have ever had. No flavor. Beef patty was like Swiss cheese, holes in it. They did not have fries or cheese curds we ordered. What burger place doesn't have fries? Told they would replace fries cheese curds with onion rings. Should have gotten 3 orders, payed for 3, only got 2.
