Austin Garcia, an executive chef from Mexico, has a goal to one day create his own restaurant. His daughters and family are now thrilled to watch his dream come true in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.
I moved here almost three years ago and I'm positive this is the best food I've eaten in the area. Never change! Prices are fair, portions are great, but most importantly, THE FOOD IS PHENOMENAL. There are good restaurants aplenty in the area, but this is still miles ahead of most. True culinary genius here.

The pork belly tacos at West 22 Tacos are hands down some of the best I’ve had. I’ve ordered them several times and the quality and flavor are always consistent. The pork belly is perfectly cooked and packed with flavor. Safe to say they’ve become my current hyper-fixation meal. I keep coming back for more! Highly recommend!

My birria taco was $4.95 and it was small not a good deal for one when I was left still hungry but the taste is amazing! Super fresh and tasty tho!

I'm a new fan and the Mango Shrimp Ceviche is my go-to favorite! It's sweet, flavorful, and the perfect snack to eat throughout the day. Also, don't forget the Cinnamon Roll Churros; it's just the thing to satisfy my sweet tooth!

So the Birria Ramen Noodle Bowl was not that good. I tried it once before thinking maybe it's a fluke but the ramen is over cooked and for having all the stuff in the cup theres no flavor at all and not a whole lot of meat. I ended up not eating it and wasting 13 bucks. So I wont be ordering the ramen again. The Cheesy Birria / Barbacoa Taco are good and whats carrying the stars on here. Id give the Birria Ramen Noodle Bowl a 1 star and the tacos 4 stars because again the consomé doesn't have a whole lot of flavor.
