Large onion ring orders (put in plastic container) are soggy due to condensation and heat.
Love the butter burgers, not a big fan of your buns. They seem too thick and almost like they're stale. The brioche buns aren't any better.
Would like more onions--whether raw or grilled--per patty. Only get one or 2 individual thin sliced rings of raw, and maybe a teaspoon of grilled onions. We don't add any other condiments other than additional butter, and occasionally my homemade bbq sauce or our favorite brand, Rib Rack Original BBQ Sauce.
I wish your burgers were a touch less expensive. We get burgers for the meat, so the extremely thin smash burger is completely dried out (crispy is great) but hard to understand that they're butter burgers as there doesn't seem to be any butter left on the bin or on the burgers unless we add the grilled onions.
Additionally, your website doesn't let you order more than one of a condiment. For instance, we don't eat ketchup or mustard, and usually order double grilled and raw onions only. However, it requires me ordering in person because having extra or second of one condiment is not an option.
One last thing, the chocolate custard I was served the other day was so dark, it was like eating dark chocolate (not a fan), and seemed to be super hard (frozen) and not the usual silky, creamy, melty texture I like in custard or soft serve.

"I got the Blackened Chicken Stuffed Potato which wasn't as flavorful as I've had from here previously. The Chili Spaghetti was described to me as hyper-bland and similar to a can of Hormel. The bread rolls that came with the entree seemed to have a good taste, but they were drenched in oil or margarine which kind of turned them into spongy oil balloons to bite into. They were also wrapped in deli paper and placed opening-side-down in the boxes with the mains, which each had a sauce of some kind, making them messy to open. The Caesar salads definitely were not worth the upcharge because they were incredibly small and sparsely topped. The cheese toast was alright, but I don't feel the cost aligned with the value of what we got. The portions of the mains were fair. Overall, we received an edible dinner that was just a little bit less than okay."
